Master P Puts No Limit On Health With New Healthy Food Company

As reported by BLACK ENTERPRISE, Hip-hop mogul Percy Miller, widely known as Master P, has recently unveiled a new venture aimed at revolutionizing the availability of healthier food options within the Black community. Announced via his Instagram account on Juneteenth, Master P introduced the launch of Miller Family, a company devoted to offering Black-owned, wholesome food products that prioritize both taste and nutrition.

In his announcement, Master P emphasized the significance of economic empowerment and increased diversity within grocery stores, stating, "We are evolving as a culture; we are no longer just consumers. We spend trillions of dollars annually with no real ownership, but that’s changing. African Americans want healthier food alternatives. I heard them loud and clear. And that’s why Miller Family Foods was created. We feed happiness. Eat well. Feel good."

The product line of Miller Family Foods encompasses a range of items such as cereal, oatmeal, breakfast bars, pancakes, and waffles, which Miller ensures are all crafted with the utmost attention to quality and employ natural ingredients. Moreover, Miller highlighted the company's commitment to community support and charitable initiatives. He articulated the company's ethos as "FEEDING HAPPINESS, making a difference, serving healthy happiness, one bite at a time." Additionally, Miller Family Foods pledges to uphold values of integrity, hard work, and philanthropy, exemplified through their collaboration with charitable organizations like Door of Hope.

The products under the Miller Family Foods label are distinguished by their exclusion of artificial preservatives, GMOs, BHA/BHT, partially hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and colors, thereby underscoring the brand's dedication to offering wholesome food choices.

This announcement follows a previous legal action taken by Master P alongside Snoop Dogg against retail giant Walmart. The lawsuit, filed by Broadus Foods, the company co-owned by Snoop and Master P, alleges that Walmart and Post Consumer Brands deliberately impeded the sales of Snoop Cereal, a product launched in July 2023, by withholding it from the sales floor and relegating it to the stockroom.
